Home automation is what I do. I can make just about anything turn on/off open/close, set off alarms, or give access to view any site. I am NOT a security system installer, nor a company that defines what I do as security. Much of what I install or the products I give advice about does promote their products as such. My system works great for me and I can make it work for you.


I've been where you are. I didn't like the idea of the monthly fees and if I choose to stop the monitoring service, my system would cease to function. So, I choose a Self-Monitored system. It sets the alarm off when certain things happen, I have Cameras I can view from anywhere in the world, I can unlock the Front/Back doors, open the garage, change my TStat, and receive Text's or Emails when things happen in or around the house. This works for Residential OR Commercial properties.
