Some Rates to be considered are as follows: Minimal 1 hour, and Rounded up to the next full hour:

$75.  / HOUR    If you own products you purchased from another source:                          

$45.  / HOUR    If you purchase products from providers of links from this site:

$20.  / HOUR    For remote control when feasible. (trust me, I prefer these and 80% of the time it's much quicker).

$100 / upto 100' Per Camera / Cable run for external cameras and network cable runs

​All installations will come with the 'BASIC' installation. Basic installation means all devices installed will be connected to the controller or accessible via an agreed upon device and controllable. Login accounts will be created for you and those you request to have access as well as email and text setup for notifications. Simple 'SCENE' creations may be setup at no charge but only at the installers discretion. More complex 'SCENES' may be created for you but may have additional costs associated with them. This should be discussed in advance and pricing should always be agreed upon.

Services will be provided based on type of work needed. Some jobs will be a flat rate to complete the work needed and some will be charged by the hour. I generally do not charge a travel time fee, but if you're a ways away from the Dr. Phillips, FL. area, there may be one. When inquiring about any fees/charges to perform work for you, please include the address of the work site of the Home or Business.

Triggers vs Scenes:

A Trigger is a condition that has changed from a specific way to another. A door has opened, Movement has been detected or you have selected a light to be turned on, or a water leak has been detected, and many more. This can be set to cause another set of actions to be set into action. Perhaps a Scene.

A Scene is a group of actions to take place based on a trigger. The Scene could be a manually selected option or one that is called to happen via a Trigger. You may have a Scene that by selecting one button on your phone to open the Garage Door, Turn the lights on in house, change the thermostat to a specific temp, and send a text/email to someone to tell them you're home. 

It could also be one that sets the alarm siren to blare, turn the indoor and external lights on, start the cameras recording, Text/Email you or someone specific.
